Terms and Conditions

Non-Guarantee

Karen for Nature is a wholesale grower. All nursery stock is sold "as is" without warranty, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the survival or performance of plants after delivery or installation, as success depends on factors beyond our control, such as weather, soil conditions, watering, and maintenance.

Delivery Policy

We proudly serve the Northern Virginia region by delivering native plants directly to your yard. A minimum plant order of $200 (excluding the delivery fee) is required to qualify for delivery; however, the order minimum may be higher depending on your location. Delivery will be scheduled upon receipt of full payment of the invoice.

During peak seasons, deliveries are scheduled based on location to ensure efficient service, allow more customers to receive their plants promptly, and reduce our carbon footprint. This approach helps us optimize routes, minimize fuel consumption, and support our mission of environmental sustainability.

Shipping & Freight

All shipments must be unpacked and inspected immediately upon arrival. Any concerns regarding the condition, quality, or quantity of goods received must be reported at the time of delivery. Karen for Nature is not responsible for issues arising after acceptance of the shipment.

Returns & Claims

Plant material cannot be returned unless it is found to be unhealthy or damaged at the time of delivery or installation. No exceptions. Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported immediately to both Karen for Nature and the carrier. We do not accept returns or claims once plants have been accepted, planted, improperly stored, processed, treated, modified, or otherwise used in any way.

Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted for custom-grown orders. For container stock that has been pulled for shipping, cancellations will incur a 25% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled once preparation for shipment has begun (within three days of the scheduled shipment date). Karen for Nature reserves the right to cancel orders due to late payments or stock shortages.
